Two Board of Directors and three Supervisory Committee member positions are up for re-election.

Applications are now being accepted for these open positions. Terms are for three years.

The deadline for submitting nominations by application is February 8, 2006.

The deadline for submitting nominations by petition is March 23, 2006.
